A two day Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) course gives people the skills they need to progress to supervisory and managerial positions on construction sites. The course and certification is recognised by the United Kingdom Contractors Group (UKCG). Those who have completed it possess the skills to work on any of their sites.

At PIP Services Ltd we offer the very best courses, standing out as the number one provider of SSSTS London has. We ensure the level of training we offer is very high; every course is led by a dedicated, highly experienced instructor. The materials we use are first rate and we take care to make the course as interactive as possible.

There are some attendance requirements to be aware of if you are thinking of taking an SSSTS course. All of this information comes directly from the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB).

Delegates must ensure they attend all sessions during the two days of training. Failure to get full attendance means a certificate cannot be issued to show successful completion. Additionally any delegate that does not complete the full course cannot sit the compulsory examination.

Generally the two days of the course must be completed in order as determined by the specifics of the programme. This is designed to make sure delegates achieve the relevant learning requirements in the right sequence.

If a day must be missed due to extenuating circumstances such as sickness enrolment on a new course is possible as long as the missing days are completed in the correct order. The delegate will have 90 days to do so or they must begin the entire course again. Please note there may be additional costs for switching courses.

The attendance requirements show how important it is to schedule the SSSTS course at the correct time, ensuring you can complete it in the required order. If you have any questions or would like our help with scheduling please get in touch. We support all delegates before, during, and after the training.
