Level 1 NVQ Health and Safety in a Construction Environment

Natural progression from this course would be to attend the Site supervision safety training scheme (SSSTS) course.

You will be provided with a workbook which can be filled in at your leisure and introduced to your Account Manager who will be available by email or phone.

Learning materials are provided to you and once your workbook is completed you submit your answers to your Account Manager for assessment and verification.

This qualification is competence-based; you are required to produce a completed hand written workbook which demonstrates your achievement of all of the learning outcomes and assessment criteria for each unit.

Upon completion you’ll be able to apply for a Green CSCS Card

There are no formal entry requirements for the qualification; however, you must be able to demonstrate that you can meet the skills, knowledge and experience requirements of the NVQ before enrolment. This will be done via ‘Skill Scan’ to confirm your suitability for the course prior to being accepted.

You must have good written and spoken English.

You have 2 Years to complete the qualification. The average completion time 1months but can be completed in as little as 1 week.

Feedback regarding your progress will be provided via email.

Your Account Manager will provide support throughout the process to ensure timely completion of your NVQ.

Certification for this qualification is valid for life.
