Course Summary
The IWFM Level 3 Certificate qualification is the most appropriate level for first‑line managers and supervisors in facilities management and are designed to develop understanding and knowledge of facilities management matters industry. They are suitable also for new recruits into the industry.

Pre-requisites
There are no formal entry requirements, but learners will normally have been working or had experience in the field of facilities management.
Validity of Award
This qualification is valid for life and does not expire.
Length of Course
Depending on study mode, a maximum of 2 years is allowed for completion of this IWFM qualification.
Course Information
Candidates will complete four mandatory units and a number of optional units to make a minimum of 28 credits. The unit titles are:
FM3.01 – Introduction to facilities management (6 credits)
FM3.02 – Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability in facilities management (4 credits)
FM3.03 – Customer and stakeholder relations in facilities management (5 Credits)
FM3.04 – Specification and procurement of facilities supplies and services (6 credits)
Assessment
